    • Expert vendor curation, contract negotiation, and payment management

    • Complete event design including stationery, signage, and custom wedding website

    • Venue walkthroughs, rehearsal coordination, and detailed floorplans

    • Dedicated team of coordinators onsite for up to 10 hours, managing setup, timeline, and guest experience

    • Coordination of transportation, room blocks, bridal party lunch, and guest gift logistics

    • Management of final vendor payments, gratuities, and emergency day-of kit

    • Post-event support including cleanup and delivery of personal items

You’ve got a vision. We help refine it, organize it, and bring it to life with less overwhelm. Partial planning is perfect for couples who have booked a few vendors but need help with logistics, flow, and details.

    • Personalized planning timeline and scheduled consultations

    • Curated vendor referrals (you manage contracts)

    • Event design support including stationery and signage guidance

    • Venue walkthroughs and rehearsal coordination

    • Detailed floorplans and timeline creation

    • On-site coordination on wedding day (hours as agreed)

    • Coordination of transportation, room blocks, and guest gifts

    • Management of final vendor payments, gratuities, and emergency day-of kit

    • Post-event cleanup and delivery of personal items

    • Vendor contract negotiation

    • Unlimited meetings or communication

    • Direct vendor contact and agenda distribution

For the couple who planned it all but actually want enjoy it.

You’ve handled the planning, but now it’s time to step back and savor the moment. This package begins 6 weeks before your wedding day to ensure everything you’ve built runs smoothly.

    • Finalized planning timeline and scheduled check-ins

    • Vendor referrals and coordination support

    • Ceremony rehearsal coordination

    • Assistance with transportation and guest gift logistics

    • Coordination of bridal party lunch and marriage license guidance

    • On-site wedding day coordination (hours as agreed)
